Our adult Equip Classes begin Sunday, Jan. 21 at 9am:

Zechariah - taught by Dave Ashworth

Come join us Sunday mornings for an equipping class on the Book of Zechariah. Zechariah lived in the bleak present and very uncertain future of post exilic Israel.  Zechariah's meaning of his name (Yahweh remembers) and his message were reminders to the nation of Israel that the LORD had made a covenant with His people. Israel’s security in the present and the future will be as sure as the faithfulness of God himself, provided the nation lives obediently before God. Many among the returned exiles had let their spiritual lives grow cold, Zechariah calls people to renew a closeness with God. There is much we can learn about ourselves in this wonderful book in the Old Testament.

Galatians - taught by Art Beauchene

A study in the book of Galatians. Why did the Apostle Paul write his letter to the Galatians? It was written to clarify and defend the Truth of the Gospel in the face of a false gospel. Next to the book of Romans, the letter to the Galatians is Paul's strongest doctrinal work. Because the general principles in this body of scripture are applicable to Christians in all ages, it will be profitable for our instruction and edification. It will help to equip us in defending the foundational truths of the faith and to discern false doctrine.
