Women’s Called Together Weekend – Living Hope Bible Church

WOMEN OF LIVING HOPE BIBLE CHURCH!

Ladies, 18 years of age or older, are invited to the CALLED TOGETHER WEEKEND on Friday, October 18 through Sunday, October 20, 2024 at Quaker Hill Camp & Conference Center, in McCall, Idaho.

The theme for the weekend, LEARNING HOW WE ALL FIT TOGETHER IN CHRIST, comes from Ephesians 4:1-7.

Check-in begins at 4:30 pm and sessions begin at 6:30 pm on Friday, October 18.  The weekend will conclude at 11:00 am on Sunday, October 20.

Lodging Options & Cost:

At Quaker Hill Conference Center: $115 (early bird discount) or $130 (regular) - Dorm Style Lodging and a Limited number of RV spots

At other lodging for which you have made your own reservation. $85 (plus cost of your accommodations)

Please note: A $50 deposit is required at registration. The balance can be paid any time until the last day of registration, October 6.

WHO IS THE SPEAKER?

Jordyn Glaser will be our speaker! She is the Women’s Ministry Director and Coordinator of the Life Network Ministries at Eastmont Church in Bend, Oregon. Before working at Eastmont, the Glaser family served in Cambodia fighting human trafficking with International Justice Mission (IJM). In addition to her roles in ministry, Jordyn is also a foster / adoptive mom, law enforcement wife and homeschool teacher. Jordyn lives on a small farm in Central Oregon with her husband of 17 years and their 5 children.

FAQ's

What meals are provided?

Three meals on Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday.  Friday dinner is on your own. Quaker Hill will accommodate the following dietary options at no extra cost: Gluten Allergies, Dairy Allergies, Nut Allergies, Vegetarian.

Can I request a room with my friends?

Are there any need-based scholarships available? 

What if I need transportation to the camp?

How do I register and pay?

What if I cannot attend the entire weekend?

Though we feel everyone will benefit the most from attending the full weekend, we understand some schedule conflicts are unavoidable. If that is your situation, please still consider registering for the weekend to attend as much as you can. You can let us know your specific schedule in the comments of registration so that we can plan activities and room assignments accordingly. Please note that we cannot change the pricing structure for partial attendees due to the camp’s structure of pricing.
